Any Btts bet or Btts prediction that does not have a possible sporting result or whose result is already known is canceled.
Bets can only be registered during the bet validation period defined by Btts. Failing this, Btts cancels the bets, forecasts or stakes concerned.
In the event of fraud or suspicion of fraud, in application of the adage “fraud corrupts everything”, Btts reserves the right to cancel the bets, forecasts or stakes concerned. If bets are subject to a ban by the National Gaming Authority, Btts cancels the bets, forecasts and/or stakes concerned.
The cancellation of a Btts bet entails the cancellation of all the corresponding Btts predictions. A canceled Btts bet or Btts prediction is no longer offered in the betting offer and is no longer displayed or playable on websites and applications. The associated dimensions are no longer displayed.
If all the predictions of a combination are canceled, Btts refunds the corresponding base bet to the player. The basket total bet displayed in the player’s history is then updated accordingly. If only parts of the forecasts of a combination are canceled, the cancellation of the forecasts consists in considering them as winners and changing their odds to 1 for the determination of the winnings of the combinations.
Btts may at any time restrict the game formulas offered on each bet. For example, some bets may not be offered in a single game format.
Btts may at any time restrict the possible combinations of Btts bets. For example, Btts bets from the same sporting event cannot be combined.
Over 2.5 Goals Tips
All Over 2.5 Goals Tips bets made by players must be placed on minimum odds greater than or equal to 1.10. If the Over 2.5 Goals Tips are placed in a combination game formula, the product of the odds must be greater than or equal to 1.10. Btts may at any time temporarily or permanently restrict or suspend the betting of a Over 2.5 Goals Tips bet and/or a forecast, and/or the cash out functionality or modify the date and time of the end of the betting of a bet.
Betting on one of the Over 2.5 Goals predictions of an odds bet may be restricted or blocked at any time by Btts, when:
– the winnings that would be payable for these stakes, if the said forecast proves to be correct, become greater than the total stakes recorded by the players betting on the various Over 2.5 Goals predictions of the said odds bet. – the betting limits established by Btts according to the odds, the sport, the type of competition and/or the type of Over 2.5 Goals Tip in order to cover a financial risk to which Btts would be exposed beyond, are reached. The player is informed of this when taking play.
Betting Over 2.5 Goals
The Betting Over 2.5 Goals stakes may also be refused in the following cases:
- The total amount of Betting Over 2.5 Goals bets recorded on a combination for all players is greater than 50,000 euros. • The total potential winnings of all players on a combination are greater than 150,000 euros. • The total amount of Betting Over 2.5 Goals stakes recorded on a bet, all combinations combined, is greater than 100,000 euros. 43 • The total amount of potential Betting Over 2.5 Goals winnings on a bet, all combinations combined, is greater than 300,000 euros.
For each player, stakes may be refused by Btts in the following cases:
- The total potential winnings on a Betting Over 1.5 Goals forecast of a bet, for all of the player’s stakes, after deduction of his stakes recorded on the bet, is greater than 150,000 euros. • All of the player’s stakes on a Betting Over 1.5 Goals forecast of a bet is greater than 50,000 euros, whether they are played on one or more combinations associating this forecast, and through one or more Betting Over 2.5 Goals bets.
For a day of stakes, these may be refused if the total potential winning of the player is greater than the sum of 100,000,000 euros.
In the event of fraud or suspicion of fraud, Betting Over 1.5 Goals bets may be interrupted or refused.
By virtue of its obligations in terms of combating fraud and money laundering, monitoring the conditions of use of its services and guaranteeing the integrity of gaming operations and in order to guarantee use of the Betting Over 2.5 Goals service that is fair and faithful to the provisions of these regulations, each player’s opportunities for betting may be restricted for a limited period. A message will inform the player of this when taking play.
